Registration as a member of the Site requires certain information as well as the creation of a username and password.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by Baker’s choice ‘s registration form (the “Registration Data”).

“Baker’s choice” reserves the right to take any measures, in its sole discretion and at any time, to verify and/or confirm your account. The Site may make any inquiries it considers necessary, or request that you provide it with further information or documentation, whether directly or through a third party. The Site may initiate this process at any time, including without limitation verifying your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments. Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a business entity or registered on behalf of a business entity such information or documentation may include your commercial registration information, other incorporation documents and/or documentation showing any person’s authority to act on your behalf.

You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to “Baker’s choice” upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, “Baker’s choice” without liability may limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed / unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

“Baker’s choice” further reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if “Baker’s choice” has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of baker’s choice under this User Agreement or at law.

On becoming a member of the Site, you agree:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and restricting access to and use of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You agree to immediately notify “Baker choice” of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. “Baker’s choice” will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, loss of profits, goodwill or damage resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person’s account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.

You agree to compensate “Baker’s Choice” for any losses it incurs because of improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the Site, services, or otherwise by using your designated username and password.

You must treat any other member’s information provided to you as confidential and in accordance with this User Agreement.

You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

Payment Methods

Baker’s choice only accepts payments via Bank transfer, other online or card payment gateway.

Cancellation of Order

For all Frozen products: due to the perishable and sensitive nature of the product, a customer has the right to modify or cancel the order within the first 24 hours before processing and dispatch, by contacting customer service.
Customers wishing to cancel an order within the first 24 hours must contact Baker’s choice Customer Service Centre by calling +966555146675 during working hours (from 9:30 am to 5 pm, from Sunday to Thursday).
If a customer cancels the order and before the order has been processed and dispatched, refunded amounts shall be transferred to the customer’s bank account within (2-3) days.
After 24 hours and if the order has been processed and dispatched the order cannot be cancelled and NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.

For all FROZEN products: After delivery, the products cannot be returned or canceled due to their sensitive nature. When receiving the order, the customer must inspect it thoroughly and ensure that it’s in good conditions.

Exchange and Return Policy

Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the product.
Product can be exchanged if the customer contacts customer service before the order is processed.
Baker’s Choice reserves the right to charge customers 100% of the order cost after it has been shipped to the address provided by the client (same address mentioned in the email), if the client does not answer the phone or answer the door at the premises.
