The Ingredients

  • 75gm liquid bakers’ choice.
  • 1.5 cups of liquid milk.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar.
  • 2 cups flour.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.

How to prepare

  1. Heat the skillet over a low heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add milk, eggs, bakers’ choice, vanilla, and vinegar.
  4. Stir the mixture continuously until homogeneous.
  5. Put an amount of the mixture in the pan until bubbles appear on its surface.
  6. Flip the piece to the other side for a minute.
  7. Served with maple syrup.
