How to prepare
In a bowl, put 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 2 tablespoons of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 cups of white flour, then mix them until they become a firm dough, then leave them for 10 minutes to ferment.
In a deep frying pan, put 1 onion, chopped with 65g of Bakers Choice, then add the chicken pieces until done, after the chicken is done, add the garlic, carrots, mushrooms and peas, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
After the dough is fermented, add 3 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 1/2 cup of oil and continue to stir and knead until the flour is completely mixed with the dough.
Put the dough on a flat surface covered with flour using the broth and roll it out into a round shape (about 30 cm in diameter), then place a cup in the middle of the circle.
Start by placing the filling on the dough (around the cup) and leaving the outside of the dough empty (about 6 cm) on top of the filling.
The cup is removed from the center of the dough.
Cut the empty part into slices 1-2 cm wide, holding one end of the slices and extending them slightly, then placing them over the filling, fixing the end in the middle of the dough (the place of the cup previously) and pressing it with your finger.
The process is repeated until all the slices are moved to the middle and the filling is completely covered with the slices.
In a cup, mix an egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of vinegar, then brush the face of the dough, then sprinkle the sesame on the face and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
After 20 minutes, turn on the oven from the top only for an additional 15 minutes, then take it out and put it on a plate and serve hot.
