The Ingredients

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 60 grams of Baker’s Choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa

How to prepare

  • In a bowl, beat Baker’s Choice well until it becomes a liquid white color.
  • Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat, then add the eggs, the vanilla and mix them all together.
  • Add flour and baking powder and mix until well combined.
  • If you want a homemade chocolate flavour, add raw cocoa.
  • Start shaping the dough using a bag and a small funnel in various shapes.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C. Take a large tray and grease it with Baker’s Choice.
  • After shaping the petit fours, put them in the tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • After removing the tray, let the pieces cool down so you can decorate.
  • Garnish with apricot or strawberry jam, chopped nuts, grated chocolate, or melted chocolate.
