Spinach and Mozzarella Goulash Rolls (Baker’s Choice)
The Ingredients
12 sheets of goulash
200 grams Baker’s Choice melted
250 grams mozzarella (Baker’s Choice)
200 grams fresh spinach, finely chopped
50 grams white onion, finely chopped
20 grams parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a pan, add a little Baker’s Choice, then caramelize the onions. Add the spinach and parsley and let it cool.
Mix the mozzarella cheese with the spinach mixture, then add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Place a goulash sheet on the work surface and use a brush to spread melted Baker’s Choice. Add another sheet on top and repeat until you have a layer of 6 goulash sheets.
Place half of the mozzarella and spinach mixture on the goulash, fold the edges to seal the mixture, and roll from the front to form a roll.
Place the roll in a greased baking tray. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to prepare two goulash rolls.
