Smashed Potatoes

The Ingredients

  • 1 kg small potatoes
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100g Bakers Choice (melted)
  • Salt
  • Parchment paper or baking paper

How to prepare

  1. In a pot, boil the potatoes until fully cooked.
  2. Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then place the potatoes on it.
  3. Using a cup, gently press down on each potato to flatten it.
  4. Melt the Bakers Choice and brush it onto the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, then evenly distribute the grated Parmesan cheese on each potato.
  6. Place the tray in a hot oven and bake until the potatoes become golden and crispy.
