Online Orders

Registration as a member on the site requires providing some information and creating a username and password. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required in the “Baker’s Choice” registration form (“Registration Data”).

“Baker’s Choice” reserves the right to take any measures at its discretion at any time to verify your account. The site may make any inquiries it deems necessary or ask you to provide more information or documents either directly or through a third party. This process can start at any time, including but not limited to verifying your identity and/or ownership of your financial tools. Without limiting the above, if you are a business entity or registering on behalf of a business entity, such information or documents may include your business registration information and other foundational documents and/or documents showing the authority of any person to act on your behalf.

You agree to provide any information and/or documents to “Baker’s Choice” upon request. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, “Baker’s Choice” may limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the site and/or your membership in the site without liability. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed/unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

“Baker’s Choice” reserves the right to indefinitely suspend your access to the site and/or your membership if you provide any false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or if “Baker’s Choice” has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or not in compliance with this agreement without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of “Baker’s Choice” under this agreement or the law.

Once you become a member of the site, you agree to:

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. Payment Methods

“Baker’s Choice” accepts payment via bank transfer or electronic payment methods entirely through the payment options available on the “Baker’s Choice” site or any payment method provided by “Baker’s Choice” from time to time.

Order Cancellation

For all frozen products: Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, the customer has the right to modify or cancel the order within the first 24 hours before processing and dispatch by contacting customer service.
Customers wishing to cancel their order within the first 24 hours should contact the “Baker’s Choice” customer service center by calling 00966555146675 during business hours (9:30 AM to 5 PM from Sunday to Thursday).
If the customer cancels the order before it is processed and dispatched, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within (2-3) days.
After 24 hours and if the order has been processed and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be made.
For all frozen products: After delivery, products cannot be returned or canceled due to their sensitive nature. Upon receiving the order, the customer must inspect it thoroughly and ensure its good condition.

Replacement and Return Policy

Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the product.
Products can be replaced if the customer contacts customer service before the order is processed.
“Baker’s Choice” reserves the right to charge customers 100% of the order cost after it is shipped to the provided address (the same address mentioned in the email) if the customer does not answer the phone or open the door at the location.
