The Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon sodium carbonate
1 teaspoon vanilla
120 grams of chocolate chips or any kind of your choice
150gm of Bakers Choice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
25.1 cups of flour
1 teaspoon cornstarch
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 180°C to the desired temperature while the cookie dough is being formed.
Mix Baker’s Choice, brown and white sugar in a bowl (electric mixer only), then add the egg.
Add flour, cornstarch, sodium carbonate, and vanilla.
Then add chocolate chips or whatever else you like.
Shape the dough into medium-sized balls using an ice cream scoop, and place them on butter paper in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes, and put them in an airtight container after taking them out of the oven.
