The Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon sodium carbonate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 120 grams of chocolate chips or any kind of your choice
  • 150gm of Bakers Choice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 25.1 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C to the desired temperature while the cookie dough is being formed.
  2. Mix Baker’s Choice, brown and white sugar in a bowl (electric mixer only), then add the egg.
  3. Add flour, cornstarch, sodium carbonate, and vanilla.
  4. Then add chocolate chips or whatever else you like.
  5. Shape the dough into medium-sized balls using an ice cream scoop, and place them on butter paper in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  6. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes, and put them in an airtight container after taking them out of the oven.
