About the Workshop
Prepare yourself and come…We will learn the basics of Korean cake and the most important baking techniques, including:
- Basics of baking cakes
- Baking a vanilla cake
- Making Chantilly cream
- Making crispy Nutella filling
- Understanding colors and their uses
- Proper method for covering the cake
- Key tools and their uses in cake making
- Learning to draw and decorate in new and innovative ways
- A special booklet for the course
