The Ingredients

  • 250g tea biscuits
  • 150g semi-sweet chocolate (cooking fondant)
  • 100g Bakers Choice
  • 100ml espresso coffee
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered white sugar

How to prepare

  1. Break the biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then remove it from the heat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted chocolate with Bakers Choice, coffee, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the biscuits to the mixture and stir until they are fully coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on parchment paper, shape it into a log, and wrap it well.
  6. Refrigerate for two hours, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into medium slices.
