Online Orders
Registration as a member on the site requires providing some information and creating a username and password. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required in the “Baker’s Choice” registration form (“Registration Data”).
“Baker’s Choice” reserves the right to take any measures at its discretion at any time to verify your account. The site may make any inquiries it deems necessary or ask you to provide more information or documents either directly or through a third party. This process can start at any time, including but not limited to verifying your identity and/or ownership of your financial tools. Without limiting the above, if you are a business entity or registering on behalf of a business entity, such information or documents may include your business registration information and other foundational documents and/or documents showing the authority of any person to act on your behalf.
You agree to provide any information and/or documents to “Baker’s Choice” upon request. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, “Baker’s Choice” may limit, suspend, or withdraw your access to the site and/or your membership in the site without liability. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed/unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
“Baker’s Choice” reserves the right to indefinitely suspend your access to the site and/or your membership if you provide any false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or if “Baker’s Choice” has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or not in compliance with this agreement without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of “Baker’s Choice” under this agreement or the law.
Once you become a member of the site, you agree to:
- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to and use of them. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. You agree to notify “Baker’s Choice” immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. “Baker’s Choice” will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential loss, loss of profits, goodwill, or damage arising from the disclosure of your username and/or password.
- Not use another person’s account at any time without the express permission of the account holder.
- Agree to indemnify “Baker’s Choice” for any losses incurred due to improper, unauthorized, or illegal use of your account by you or by any person obtaining access to the site services using your username and password.
- Treat any other member information provided to you as confidential and in accordance with this agreement.
Payment Methods
“Baker’s Choice” accepts payment via bank transfer or electronic payment methods entirely through the payment options available on the “Baker’s Choice” site or any payment method provided by “Baker’s Choice” from time to time.
Order Cancellation
- For all frozen products: Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, the customer has the right to modify or cancel the order within the first 24 hours before processing and dispatch by contacting customer service.
- Customers wishing to cancel their order within the first 24 hours should contact the “Baker’s Choice” customer service center by calling 00966555146675 during business hours (9:30 AM to 5 PM from Sunday to Thursday).
- If the customer cancels the order before it is processed and dispatched, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within (2-3) days.
- After 24 hours and if the order has been processed and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be made.
- For all frozen products: After delivery, products cannot be returned or canceled due to their sensitive nature. Upon receiving the order, the customer must inspect it thoroughly and ensure its good condition.
Replacement and Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the product.
- Products can be replaced if the customer contacts customer service before the order is processed.
- “Baker’s Choice” reserves the right to charge customers 100% of the order cost after it is shipped to the provided address (the same address mentioned in the email) if the customer does not answer the phone or open the door at the location.
Privacy Policy

Terms and Conditions for Registration and Participation in Baking Workshops
These terms and conditions apply to all baking workshops announced, organized, or coordinated by the Organizer, whether conducted in person or online.
By completing the registration or payment process, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by all the following provisions.
1. Definitions
- Organizer: The entity announces the workshop and managing registration and overall coordination, whether a company, institution, or authorized individual.
- Implementing Party: The party delivering the workshop in practice, which may be an independent third party contracted by the Organizer.
- Participant: Any person who registers, or is registered on their behalf, to attend the workshop.
- Workshop: A theoretical or practical training session in bread-making and its related products, conducted either in person or online.
- Fees: The announced amount payable for participation in the workshop, inclusive or exclusive of VAT, as specified in the workshop details
- Training Credit: A non-refundable monetary credit granted to the Participant in the event of a cancellation (under the specified conditions), which may be used toward a future workshop.
2. Scope of Application
These terms govern the relationship between the Organizer and the Participant regarding registration and participation in bread-making workshops. They are independent of any other general terms of the Organizer or its website and do not conflict with them. This policy applies equally to in-person and online workshops, unless expressly stated otherwise in the workshop description.
3. Registration and Acceptance
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant applications without providing reasons.
- Registration is not considered complete until the fees are transferred within 24 hours of receiving account details, and the transfer receipt is submitted through the designated channel.
- In the event of delayed payment, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice and reassign the seat to another participant.
- For online workshops, Participants are prohibited from sharing access links with others. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and the Organizer reserves the right to charge additional fees for each unauthorized entry.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees must be paid via bank transfer to the Implementing Party’s approved account (not necessarily to the Organizer directly). The applicable prices and payment method will be detailed in the workshop announcement.
- The Participant is responsible for any bank transfer charges or currency conversion differences.
- An electronic invoice will be issued by the Implementing Party within a reasonable time after confirmation of the booking.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the workshop: No cash refund. The participant will be granted full 100% credit valid for 12 months, which can be used for other courses.
- Cancellation within 72 hours: The participant will be granted a 70% credit valid for 6 months.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before – or no-show: The participant is not entitled to any refund or credit.
- The participant has the right to transfer the booking to another person free of charge up to 12 hours before the workshop, provided the replacement details are sent to the organizer.
6. Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer
- The Organizer or Implementing Party may cancel the workshop if the minimum number of participants (five) is not reached, or due to logistical reasons. In such cases, Participants may choose between a full refund or a 100% training credit.
- The Organizer may reschedule, change the venue, switch between in-person and online formats, or replace the trainer, with at least 48 hours’ notice where possible, provided that such changes do not cause a material reduction in the workshop’s value.
7. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
- In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government decisions, or major technical failures) that prevents the workshop from being held for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without liability, and any unexecuted portion will be refunded.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for delays or cancellations resulting from force majeure.
- In unforeseen exceptional circumstances that make performance excessively burdensome, either party may request renegotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent judicial authority.
- In all cases, and for any reason, the liability of the Organizer or the Implementing Party shall be strictly limited to the amount of fees paid for the workshop in question. They shall not be liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or misuse of materials by the Participant.
8. Attendance and Conduct
- Participants must attend on time, whether for in-person or online workshops.
- For in-person workshops, Participants must follow the trainer’s instructions, comply with safety guidelines, and wear appropriate attire.
- For online workshops, Participants are responsible for ensuring a suitable technical setup, including a device with internet access, headphones, and Zoom application (or another platform designated by the Organizer or Implementing Party).
- The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Participant who disrupts the workshop or endangers others, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property and Training Materials
- All training materials provided during the workshop, whether digital or printed, are the exclusive property of the Organizer or Implementing Party.
- Such materials may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
- Recording the workshop (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without authorization.
- A certificate of attendance may be issued, which is purely for documentation purposes. It is not an academic or professional qualification and does not entitle the Participant to practice any activity.
10. Media and Recording
- Workshops may be photographed or recorded (in-person or online) for documentation or promotional purposes.
- Participants may request in advance, in writing, not to appear in photos or recordings.
- By attending without objection, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use general footage in which they may appear, free of charge, for informational purposes.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data will be used solely for registration, communication, and workshop delivery.
- Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Data will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary with the Implementing Party or technical service providers.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Jeddah.
User Conduct
By using the “Baker’s Choice” site, users must comply with the following user conduct terms:
- Legal Compliance: Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities or violating applicable laws and regulations.
- Abusive Behavior: Users must not engage in any activities or interactions on the site that are offensive, harmful, or disruptive to others, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, or posting inappropriate content.
