The Ingredients

  • 2 bags of puff pastry dough (400 grams per bag)
  • 60gm Baker’s Choice
  • 2 cups sliced ​​fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 cup fine white sugar

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, mix the strawberries with the sugar, stir and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Stretch out the puff pastry a little, and spread the sugar and strawberry filling on the top end of the dough, then close the bottom end to the top.
  3. Make some slits on the face of the dough with a knife or fork.
  4. Brush the tops of the pies with Baker’s Choice and place them on an oven tray.
  5. Put the tray into the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  6. When the tray is removed from the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes to cool, then sprinkle the icing sugar on top of the strawberry pies.
