In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of yeast, 2 cups of warm water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 cups of flour, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add to the dough 3 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and mix until we have a cohesive dough, and leave it for an hour to ferment.
Prepare the fillings to be placed inside the dough.
Unfold the dough well and cut it into equal-sized circles. Put a different filling in each circle from the second circle and close the circle between the palms of your hands.
Mix cinnamon and icing sugar in a bowl, and place the balls in it.
In a deep bowl, place the bakers’ choice with brown sugar, and dip the balls in it until they are coated with butter.
Arrange the balls in a cake pan greased with Bakers Choice, and put a little of the Bakers Choice greased between the balls during the lining process.
Leave enough space between the rows of balls and the edge of the pan for the dough to puff up after placing it in the oven.
Heat the oven at 190 degrees, then put the mold in the oven for 30 minutes, then redden the top for a few minutes.
Served with caramel or chocolate sauce or sweetened condensed milk as desired.
