The Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 6-5 tablespoons of flour
  • Cocoa to taste
  • 120 grams of chocolate
  • 100gm of Bakers Choice
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks

How to prepare

  1. Put hot water in a saucepan; We cover it with a bowl; Then put 120 grams of chocolate and 100 grams of Baker’s Choice in the bowl.
  2. And stir until the chocolate melts. After the chocolate has melted, add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and stir until completely combined and the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add one egg yolk, stir in the molten cake mixture, then add the second egg yolk and stir until completely combined.
  4. Add an egg on top of the mixture and stir, then add the last egg and keep stirring.
  5. Start adding flour spoons one by one while stirring, you may need 5-6 tablespoons.
  6. *Five spoons may suffice, so that the mixture remains smooth and not thick.
  7. You can add a little cocoa if desired.
  8. Grease the molten cake molds with tahini and put the mixture in them and put a piece of chocolate (brown, white) inside the mixture.
  9. Heat the oven at 200 degrees, put the molds in the oven for 10 minutes, until the molten cake swells and the top of the molten cake dries out and remains liquid on the inside.
  10. Remove the molten cake from the oven, let it rest for two minutes, then flip it over.
  11. Served with your favorite flavored ice cream and chocolate sauce.
