Preheat the oven to 180°C, and grease an oven-friendly tray with a tablespoon of Baker’s Choice butter.
In a bowl mix ½ cup of sugar, ½ A cup of honey, and 50 grams of melted Baker’s Choice, then put the mixture in a saucepan over the heat for 4 minutes.
When the color of the mixture changes to dark brown, add baking soda to it and mix exclusively with a wooden spoon. Remove the mixture from the heat and leave it to cool.
After the mixture cools down, add 3 eggs and keep stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put salt and vanilla with the mixture, put 3 cups of white flour and keep stirring until you have a relatively cohesive dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized balls. Put some flour on a flat surface so that the dough does not stick.
Start rolling out one of the balls until you have a thin dough, put them in the greased tray and put them in the oven for 7 minutes. Then take it out and put it on a metal wire to cool.
Repeat process No. (7) for the remaining seven balls, then put them to the side.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with sweetened condensed milk until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Put between each layer of honey paste and another amount of ¾ A cup of cream, put it in the middle of the dough slice and spread it towards the edges
Step (10) is repeated until the amount of honey slices runs out, then put it in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
