In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, a little lemon zest, and Baker’s Choice and stir until combined.
In a skillet over medium heat, pour some of the mixture and leave it until the edges change color, then flip it over to the other end.
The process is repeated until the crepe mixture is used up.
Slice the crepe slices lengthwise and place on a plate.
Put the chocolate chips (or any other kind) in a microwave-friendly bowl, add the whipping cream, and microwave for ten seconds, stirring until smooth, and pouring over the fettuccine crepe.
You can put a scoop of vanilla ice cream or any kind of your choice.
